Terms of Use

The rules for using the aykho.com website and the AYKHO app.

Last updated: 29 October 2026

This English version is provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules that apply to you.

Purpose

These terms of use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of:

  • the aykho.com website (the "Site"), which presents AYKHO;
  • the AYKHO app and associated services (the "Service").

The Site and the Service are published by SAS VS 75 ("AYKHO", "we"), whose details are given in the legal notice.

By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. The specific terms of the AYKHO Premium subscription are set out in the subscription terms. The processing of your personal data is described in the privacy policy.

Use of the Site

The Site is freely accessible at no cost. It presents AYKHO for information purposes. It requires no account and allows no purchase.

We strive to keep the information on the Site accurate and up to date. Features presented as "in preparation" or "coming soon" are not yet offered.

Access to the Service

AYKHO is offered first on iPhone. A version for Mac is in preparation. Using the Service requires a compatible device and an internet connection, at your own expense.

The Service is reserved for people aged at least 16. If you are not of legal age, you must have obtained the consent of your legal representative.

The Service includes a free plan, AYKHO Free, and a paid plan, AYKHO Premium. The content of each plan is described in the app and in the subscription terms.

Your account

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential. If you notice unauthorised use of your account, let us know without delay. We will never ask for your password.

Your account is personal and may not be transferred.

Features

Depending on the version of the app and the plan you use, the Service allows you in particular to:

  • bring your appointments, events and tasks together;
  • interact with an assistant based on artificial intelligence, phrasing your requests naturally;
  • connect, if you wish, external services such as Google Calendar and Gmail;
  • receive organisation suggestions and use the automations you authorise;
  • adapt the experience to your language and preferences.

The features available are detailed in the app. Some features may be in preparation and are only offered once actually available.

Artificial intelligence

The assistant’s answers and suggestions are generated automatically. Despite the care taken with the Service, they may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuited to your situation. You remain the sole judge of the decisions you make, and we invite you to check important information, in particular dates, times and places.

The assistant does not provide professional advice, in particular medical, legal or financial advice.

AYKHO does not guarantee that the assistant detects all useful information, for example every booking in your emails. Automations only run within the scope you have authorised.

The use of artificial intelligence features may be subject to reasonable limits intended to ensure the quality and availability of the Service for everyone. These limits are shown in the app.

Connected external services

You can choose to connect services provided by third parties, such as Google Calendar or Gmail, to AYKHO. This connection is always optional.

When connecting, the third-party service shows you the permissions requested. AYKHO only accesses that service within the permissions you grant and solely to provide the corresponding features. You can withdraw these permissions at any time, from the app or from your account with the third-party service.

The use of third-party services remains governed by their own terms. AYKHO is not responsible for their availability or operation, and cannot guarantee the continuity of an integration if the third-party service changes or discontinues it.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service fairly and lawfully. In particular, you must not:

  • use the Service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in breach of the rights of others;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its systems or other users’ accounts;
  • disrupt the operation of the Service, overload it or circumvent its usage limits;
  • extract the content of the Service by automated means or reverse engineer it, except where permitted by law;
  • use the assistant to produce unlawful, hateful, harassing or misleading content.

Your content

The information you add to the Service (events, tasks, notes, messages) remains yours. You only authorise us to host, process and display it to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you, for as long as you use it.

You are responsible for the content you enter and warrant that you hold the necessary rights.

Personal data

We process your personal data in accordance with the privacy policy, which describes the data concerned, the purposes, the service providers, the retention periods and your rights.

Premium subscription

The AYKHO Premium subscription is governed by the subscription terms, which set out its price, duration, renewal and cancellation.

Availability of the Service

We use reasonable means to ensure access to the Service. It may nevertheless be temporarily interrupted, in particular for maintenance, updates, in the event of a technical incident or the unavailability of a provider or third-party service. We strive to limit the duration of such interruptions and, where possible, to inform you in advance.

Handling errors

If you notice an error or malfunction, you can report it via the Support page. We strive to fix malfunctions within a reasonable time.

If you are a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services provided for in Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, as well as any mandatory protection under the law of your country of residence. These Terms do not limit this guarantee in any way.

Liability

We are responsible for the proper performance of the Service under the conditions provided for by law. However, we cannot be held liable in the event of misuse of the Service by you, the act of a third party, the failure of a third-party service you have connected, or force majeure.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability where the law prohibits it, or deprives you of the rights you enjoy as a consumer.

Intellectual property

The Site, the app, the AYKHO brand, texts, visuals, logos and graphic elements are protected by intellectual property law. Unless authorised in writing, any reproduction, representation or adaptation, in whole or in part, is prohibited.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the app for your own needs, for as long as you use the Service.

Suspension and deletion of the account

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time, as described on the Account Deletion page. Deleting the account does not automatically end a subscription purchased through an app store: see the subscription terms.

In the event of a serious breach of these Terms, we may suspend or close your account. Except in an emergency or where required by law, we will inform you beforehand, stating the reason, so that you can submit your observations.

Changes to the Service and the Terms

The Service may evolve: features may be added, modified or withdrawn. We ensure that such changes do not reduce, without legitimate reason, the essential features of a paid plan in progress.

We may change these Terms. In the event of a significant change, we will inform you with reasonable notice before it takes effect. If you do not accept the new Terms, you can delete your account before that date.

Termination

You can end your use of the Service at any time by deleting your account. The terms for cancelling the Premium subscription are set out in the subscription terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer residing in another country of the European Union, you continue to benefit from the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

In the event of a problem, please contact us first at support@aykho.com so that we can look for an amicable solution. If you are a consumer and the dispute is not resolved, you will be able to refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator to which SAS VS 75 belongs; its contact details will be given on this page before the app is made available.

Failing an amicable solution, the dispute may be brought before the competent courts in accordance with the applicable rules.
