Subscription Terms

AYKHO Premium is not yet on sale. These terms describe the planned arrangements; they will be confirmed before sales open. No payment is possible at present, neither on this website nor in the app.

The plans

AYKHO Free is free of charge. It lets you organise your appointments, events and tasks yourself, with the free features available in the app.

AYKHO Premium additionally gives access to artificial intelligence features and the automations you authorise. The features included are detailed in the app before any purchase.

Price

The planned price of the AYKHO Premium subscription in France is €9.99 per month, all taxes included. It will be confirmed when sales open; the applicable price will always be the one shown at the time of purchase.

No free trial is offered at present. No annual subscription is offered at present.

Subscribing

The subscription is purchased in the app, as an in-app purchase through Apple’s App Store. Payment is charged to the account associated with your Apple Account. No payment is made on the aykho.com website.

Duration and automatic renewal

The subscription is monthly. It renews automatically at the end of each one-month period, at the current price, unless cancelled.

In accordance with App Store rules, automatic renewal can be turned off at any time; it must be turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next renewal.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Apple Account settings: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. Apple explains the steps on its Cancel a subscription from Apple page.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep access to AYKHO Premium until then. Your account and data remain available with the free plan.

Deleting your AYKHO account does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by an app store.

Refunds and right of withdrawal

Purchases made through the App Store are billed by Apple. Refund requests are made to Apple, for example at reportaproblem.apple.com, under Apple’s terms.

If you are a consumer, you benefit from the rights provided by consumer law for distance contracts, in particular, under the conditions laid down by law, a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. This right may not apply where performance of the service has begun with your express consent and you have acknowledged losing that right, in the cases provided for by Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. The exact terms are presented to you before purchase.

Price changes

If the price changes, you will be informed in advance. You can cancel your subscription before the new price applies.

Usage limits

The artificial intelligence features of AYKHO Premium are subject to reasonable usage limits intended to ensure the quality and availability of the service for everyone. These limits are shown in the app.

AYKHO Premium does not guarantee the detection of all useful information, for example of every booking in your emails, nor unlimited or unrestricted access to any particular artificial intelligence model. The models used may change in order to improve the service.

Legal guarantee of conformity

If you are a consumer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services (Articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, please contact us first at support@aykho.com. If the dispute is not resolved, you will be able to refer it free of charge to the consumer mediator to which SAS VS 75 belongs; its contact details will be given on this page before sales open.

The terms of use also apply to the subscription.
